I visited this spot multiple times. Initially, with Tammi, I was somewhat satisfied. When she wasn't available, the owner did my nails. AWFUL! She couldn't shape my nails as I wanted, and the gel polish fill-in was a disaster. I once brought my daughters for a full set. Terrible! Nails came off within days, polish chipped in 2 days. Never returned. When I came back, I insisted on Tammi. Hit or miss with her. They're after your money but rude and rush you out. If you express your preferences, they get nasty. They only want to do things their way! They charge for everything, even card usage. Fine, but service should be top-notch. I don't mind paying for quality! Many times I asked for the gel polish to reach my cuticles, a constant issue until she got it right. Rushing leads to poor polishing, yet they charge $40+ for subpar work. I don't mind paying for quality, but this is unacceptable! After a $45 poor job, she practically told me not to return when I asked for proper polishing! Unprofessional attitudes and service! When serving the public, professionalism is key. She finished my nails and walked away without a word. I only went for convenience due to my schedule.

I highly recommend calling ahead to confirm their operating hours before making the trip. I drove 20 minutes to arrive, only to be informed that they had stopped accepting clients 30 minutes before closing time.

I visited last Saturday and asked for a simple design with a few jewels. The male technician quoted me a price, but later added extra charges, ultimately charging me $50 for a $30 job. Additionally, one of the key female technicians was shouting at and being rude to other clients in the salon. After I paid for my nails, I was asked to pay again because no one remembered that I had already paid. To top it off, most of my jewels fell off the next day randomly! I will not be returning.
