This hair store is fantastic. They always stock everything I need with a wide range of options. The staff are consistently professional and helpful.
Feeling really uneasy with the constant surveillance and pressure to make quick decisions. Ended up with a wig I dislike because of the rushed experience and now stuck with it. Avoid bringing my purse thinking it would deter them, but no luck. Is there a rampant issue with people stealing wigs here? If I were to take a risk, it wouldn't be for a cheap synthetic wig!
Women should steer clear of this store! The excessive monitoring is beyond belief. They seem to target a specific group, yet none of the staff represent that group. It's demeaning how we're treated. I've seen better surveillance at Jim Dandy. No hair product is worth sacrificing your self-respect. I won't be returning!
