I visited last Saturday and asked for a simple design with a few jewels. The male technician quoted me a price, but later added extra charges, ultimately charging me $50 for a $30 job. Additionally, one of the key female technicians was shouting at and being rude to other clients in the salon. After I paid for my nails, I was asked to pay again because no one remembered that I had already paid. To top it off, most of my jewels fell off the next day randomly! I will not be returning.
I visit this spot annually, but the quality never improves 🙁 Only paid $20 for gel polish color, should've just done it myself.
This establishment was dreadful. Not worth the wait or your cash. They lack manners, failing to even greet or acknowledge you upon arrival. I had dip applied to my natural nails, and within 48 hours, the dip on FOUR of my nails had cracked. I hadn't engaged in any strenuous activities with my nails. If only I could share images of my nails. When I returned for repairs, they wanted to charge me $16. Furthermore, they had the nerve to demand payment upfront, but I declined, insisting on paying after my nails were fixed. Very unprofessional environment. I will never return.
