The management at the Okmulgee location really let the patients suffer in the past few months without a doctor present. Patients struggled to get medications or other doctor's orders completed promptly due to the doctor being away for personal reasons. While a helping hand has been hired and improvements are being made, it's disappointing that action wasn't taken sooner. There are still delays in getting certain medications and for pain management, patients have to go to Tulsa. If I knew of a facility accepting new patients, I would have considered leaving. However, the staff here is very kind, and their dedication deserves recognition and a raise.
