A young individual aided my spouse and me in selecting a litter tray for our recreational vehicle. He attentively considered our specific requirements and recommended a top-entry model. He also mentioned the option of returning it if it didn't suit our needs. It's been working wonderfully, resulting in much less mess compared to our previous one. I wish them success. It's refreshing to have an alternative to the large chain stores with their typical offerings.
The staff was average. Not exceptional, yet not terrible. They seemed to give us disapproving looks. They observed us as if we were attempting to steal something just because we couldn't locate what we were searching for, haha. Just... it was alright.
Dustin was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and supportive in assisting with the selection and retrieval of fish from the diverse fish collection. Among all Pet Emporiums I’ve visited, the fish appeared the healthiest, and the tanks were impeccably clean. I'm unsure if these reviews are ever read, but he certainly deserves recognition of some kind. Truly rare to encounter such helpful assistance.
