The individual who did my nails recommended a refill as it would be quicker. However, he used clear acrylic instead of the pink nude I had requested, leaving my real nail visible underneath, which looked unsightly. Moreover, he was rough and ended up cutting two of my fingers. When I asked for a correction and for my real nails to be covered, I had to wait for 40 minutes while he attended to someone else, despite another female worker being free and just sitting on her phone. When he finally addressed my concerns, he appeared irritated, rolling his eyes and nodding in a dismissive manner, and then had the audacity to blame me, stating it was MY fault for the mistake. I reiterated that I specifically asked for pink nude to avoid my real nails showing, but he disregarded my request and applied the clear coat instead. I was even prepared to tip generously for the additional time taken until his unacceptable behavior. I ended up paying $75 for a simple French tip design that was botched.
