I am extremely disappointed with this doctor and their assistant. We agreed on a fractional CO2 procedure, but they tried to push other services on me. After paying half and buying face medication, they canceled last minute due to a broken machine. They then tried to convince me to get a more expensive procedure instead. It seems like they never intended to perform the agreed-upon procedure and had a deceptive plan in place.
I had a very unprofessional experience with Dr. Lively. They agreed to schedule a procedure, took half the payment, then called me a few hours later to say they didn't have the equipment and no longer perform that procedure. It took over two weeks to get my refund, which was never processed promptly. If you can't be honest with your clients, don't schedule with them or try to upsell unnecessary services.
Dr. Lively is truly an exceptional doctor. I have had negative experiences with doctors in the past, but he has restored my faith in the medical profession. His care and dedication to his patients are remarkable, and I feel safe and valued under his guidance. His staff is also incredibly supportive and genuine, making each visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Lively for anyone seeking a trustworthy and compassionate doctor.
