I was truly disappointed with the end result... I had heard such great things about this place and was eagerly looking forward to trying them out for my birthday nails. My cuticles were flooded with polish, acrylic was smudged all around, they didn't apply the matte topcoat I requested, and the shaping was off. The technician who assisted me was friendly and engaging in conversation, but the final outcome was not what I had envisioned... The customer service and attentiveness were good overall, but my nails did not turn out well.
I have visited numerous nail salons in Odessa, and this salon is definitely my favorite! Lily did an exceptional job with my dip nails, the ambiance was welcoming and professional. The prices were surprisingly reasonable! I will definitely return and recommend it to others as well.
I am extremely let down. I had heard so many positive reviews, so I decided to give them a chance. After leaving, I noticed three nails were poorly done at the base. Less than 24 hours later, the color was already chipped. I would not recommend them.
