Called 3 weeks later (too upset to call earlier) for a refund, but the owner refused!!! Gave a 20% tip for this terrible cut, and they denied my refund!!!! Ridiculous. Offered a free haircut, but I'll never return. Horrible experience!!!!!!
Unfortunately, my first negative review ever. Disappointed with my haircut. Noticed uneven length and multiple layers in the front after straightening it at home. Returned to the salon the next day for a fix. Luz apologized, fixed it, and I was pleased. But, noticed very obvious layers in the back later. Looks horrible ;( Disappointed that the hairdresser didn't address what was noticeable. Left with a bad cut unknowingly ;( Didn't want to write this review, emailed two days ago with no response. Just be cautious. ☹️
Planned a vacation on March 22, 2024. A week prior, got a pedicure at Bebe Nails where staff recommended Bebe Hair Salon for color and highlights (balayage style). Went to Bebe Hair Salon and met Karla. Showed her pictures of what I wanted; she said she could do it. After the color and highlights, noticed uneven highlights and color. Texted Karla, agreed on a correction on March 21 afternoon. Traveling on Friday. When I went for correction, Karla only toned and blow-dried the front, said she had to leave. Shocked 😳 😮! Called the owner (her sibling), explained the situation. He said they only guarantee color correction, not blow-dry. Upset, paid $250 for a bad job, had to correct it elsewhere. Karla lacks ethics and experience. She shouldn't be a stylist. Sister of the owner! Avoid Miss Karla at Bebe Hair Salon if you value your hair and money.
