Upon my spontaneous arrival, a skilled technician promptly attended to me, ensuring my utmost comfort. The establishment exuded cleanliness, boasting two television sets for entertainment. In addition, they graciously provided hand lotion, sanitizer, and a refreshing fruit snack while waiting for my nails to dry. It was indeed a charming setting to while away a leisurely Sunday. My recent visit was utterly disappointing. Communication was lacking, and the nail set I paid for barely lasted four days before the dip powder started peeling off like a temporary adhesive. A truly disheartening experience.
Without a prior reservation, I entered and was warmly welcomed by Rachel and Monica. The service they provided was nothing short of exceptional. Despite having visited other nail salons in the past, I must admit that these individuals went above and beyond in their care for me. I am thoroughly satisfied with the healthy and beautiful appearance of my nails. Rachel displayed a meticulous approach, refusing to rush through the service even though it extended past their closing hours.
