What an exceptional experience! The interior of this establishment was absolutely stunning, and the staff members were incredibly thoughtful and kind. Teresa demonstrated remarkable efficiency in her work, and Wendy provided me with a scalp massage and hair wash that left me feeling absolutely fantastic! I am truly thrilled with the final result!
I must say, this salon is absolutely charming! The entire team exudes kindness and warmth. During my first visit, Danielle took charge of styling my hair and did an outstanding job! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and the end result was truly amazing. I will definitely be returning!
My visit to this salon left me in tears. Despite making an appointment in advance and clearly communicating my requirements (roots, full hair dye, etc.), I was informed upon arrival that the stylist could not accommodate my request due to time constraints. I was taken aback by this response, as I had provided all necessary information beforehand. The experience was confusing and disheartening, and I left feeling deeply upset. While I understand that this may have been an isolated incident with one staff member, it was a negative experience that has deterred me from returning.
