My only gripe would be the wait time, although it is understandable given the quality of service; however, the staff is incredibly welcoming! I consistently receive fantastic hairstyles from Nicole. The team is attentive and receptive to your preferences, striving to deliver the hairstyle you envision.
The ambiance is fantastic. The team is delightful. They will keep you engaged from the moment you walk in until you depart. They go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the chair while receiving a frontal sew-in by one of the stylists, Y'iesha. She is exceptionally skilled and has never disappointed me. Every penny was well spent.
