If it were possible, I'd rate this establishment 0 stars. This has been the most awful pedicure experience of my life!! When I pointed out the issues to the owner, she blamed me and said I should have requested even nails and buffed feet. Aren't those standard in a pedicure? I will never return here.
The individual who did my nails seemed disinterested and only did so because others were occupied. Cuticles were poorly trimmed and still protruding. I left with polish on my fingers. They even painted over cotton fibers, hesitating whether to fix it. A lackluster manicure overall. The edges are rough, and I doubt it will last.
New management at nail salon since May. First visit and highly impressed. Staff displayed great friendliness and professionalism. Pedicure results were fantastic. Will surely return in the future.
