If it were possible, I'd rate this establishment 0 stars. This has been the most awful pedicure experience of my life!! When I pointed out the issues to the owner, she blamed me and said I should have requested even nails and buffed feet. Aren't those standard in a pedicure? I've known Alex before she started The Cutting Edge. I highly recommend her. She always does a fantastic job with my hair! The salon itself is stunning. They are very organized with scheduling. I appreciate the text reminders for my appointments.
