First visit to this nail studio. The experience was fantastic. Exceptional customer service. Ms. Taylor was my nail artist. She performed exceptional work and was incredibly pleasant and friendly. Will definitely be returning.
Regrettably, I will not be revisiting this salon. I had been a regular customer for about 4/5 months, seeing the same specialist whom I adored. I had an appointment in February and received a call the day before informing me that they had double booked and needed to cancel mine. I rescheduled, only to arrive at that appointment and be informed that they were overbooked, and my specialist couldn't attend to both my hands and feet. I settled for a manicure and rescheduled for the following Saturday. The day before, I received a call stating that my scheduled specialist no longer worked there and I needed to reschedule. After reading online reviews of other specialists, I managed to book a mani/pedi with Chris for late March. I must say he was very pleasant and provided a wonderful massage during the pedicure. However, my pedicure was a disaster (polish wrinkled as it dried and missed spots on several nails) and during the manicure, he excessively buffed my nails. I had requested my cuticles to be trimmed, but he just buffed them as well. It's difficult to see in the photos, but the polish on my hands had a discolored, almost tie-dye appearance. For the $100 I spent (coming from South Florida, that is a significant amount to spend on services alone), it was an overall sloppy job. After spending over 2 hours there, I just wanted to go home.
Initial visit and extremely satisfied with the service. Opted for the Builder Nail and #3Pedicure. Alex performed my service and was very kind and thorough. Very delightful. I will definitely be back!
