The store is overly crowded, leaving no space to maneuver.
Adore the variety of merchandise, but I'm not a fan of being shadowed while browsing. You have to request assistance to access wigs, and this can be inconvenient when it's busy since there aren't many staff members available. I visited for lash services on a walk-in day. There was no queue. The lash technician was on a break, so I took the chance to browse. While browsing, I was told to "hurry up because someone is coming in for a lash appointment during their lunch break." This wasn't an appointment day. I felt disrespected and rushed during my shopping experience. If I didn't have a crucial event (the reason for wanting lashes), I would have left. Unfortunately, this is the sole beauty supply store in the area that offers lash services. However, receiving this treatment as a loyal customer is unacceptable! Improve your service. I'm willing to go elsewhere for lash services. Yet, I aim to support local businesses. I did purchase a wig that day, and it suited my photoshoot well.
Really impressive. Let me add you to my list. A cozy shop with a wide selection of goods. They cater to gentlemen as well. Exactly what I was looking for my sons. Simply outstanding. Fantastic bargains and easy on my wallet too. It's a given that I'm already planning my next trip here.
