The service I received from the initial phone call was exceptional! I was in search of a new salon and a friend suggested Beauty by Cici. I am so grateful I decided to visit. Frances was my stylist and she had a keen understanding of what I needed even when I was unsure myself. She began with a relaxing hair wash, proceeded with a beautiful haircut, and finished with a stylish hairstyle! She did an outstanding job, and I adored the result! My spouse and children also loved the new look! I will definitely return, and my daughter will be visiting here as well.
My experience getting a haircut from Frances at Beauty by Cici has been absolutely fantastic! I requested a shag/hime haircut, showed her some pictures, and she delivered perfection! This Puerto Rican individual is truly a treasure! ❤️
