I'm ecstatic that I stumbled upon this establishment one day while I was in Troy for physical therapy. I'm usually not that adventurous, but I decided to give this new place a try. I didn't have to wait and was seated promptly! I was attended to by Jennifer. She did an exceptional job on my less-than-desirable nails! She was quick and extremely amiable. I opted for chrome over my nail polish and I absolutely love it! The only issue I encountered was the significant price difference from the initial estimate. Oh, and I must mention, Jennifer doesn't use stickers! She is a true artist! The nail technician I had was pleasant, and I am satisfied with my nails. However, she accidentally cut my skin while working on my cuticles. Instead of properly disinfecting the tools, she used a washcloth and some green liquid to address the bleeding. I requested a tissue to stop the bleeding, but she did not follow proper hygiene practices. I should have reported the incident or spoken to a manager, but I refrained from causing a scene, especially on my birthday. If you choose to visit this salon, be aware that they do not adequately clean their tools. I am concerned about the risk of infection, given the lack of proper sanitation.
