DO NOT PURCHASE RAW AMERICAN HAIR!!! I bought some custom colored Raw American hair and I reached out to the seller and Michelle who did the coloring about the hair quality the day after I got it installed. As a licensed hairdresser who also sells and colors hair regularly, I could immediately tell that the hair had been overly processed after just one day of wearing it. I requested a refund and was asked to come in so that Michelle could try to fix the hair. I declined her offer to touch it and simply asked for a refund. However, when I went in, there was a security guard present with the seller, and when I inquired about the refund, I was told that they were uncomfortable because I had called them out on the hair quality issue. I was denied a refund due to the overprocessing done by the owner. So, essentially, they can sell subpar hair, put up a no refund policy, and get away with it. Is this how a self-proclaimed Christian woman operates?
