Despite expressing my concerns, the stylist seemed indifferent and failed to address the issues promptly. My request for 'curtain bangs' was overlooked, leaving me dissatisfied with the outcome. The salon charged a hefty fee for a subpar service, leading me to fix the color on my own. The excessive charge for unsatisfactory results left me disappointed and out of pocket.
