Make sure to ask for Tony! He consistently delivers exceptional results, paying close attention to detail and ensuring effective communication to ensure you receive precisely what suits you best. I opted for a combination of dip powder with gel to prolong the longevity of my nails due to frequent washing during my nightly job shifts. It was a brilliant suggestion, and his hand massage is truly top-notch!
Scheduled an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was satisfactory. However, the manicure was the most subpar one I've ever experienced. I feel a pang of guilt because the nail technician put in a lot of effort, but he ended up cutting almost all of my nail beds, repeatedly burned me with the drill beneath my nails, and excessively filed the sides, leaving my skin raw. My nails and fingers are throbbing with pain. Avoid this salon at all costs. We traveled from Tampa without power following the aftermath of Milton. I had to cancel my appointment with my usual nail technician back home. We're in town for MY WEDDING and now I'm stuck with painful nails that I fear might become infected. Despite the decent reviews, do not trust the other feedback. While the nails themselves look presentable, my cuticles and skin are extremely tender and painful.
Tony and MiMi are truly outstanding. Don't forget to request the volcano pedicure when you have the chance. It felt like a rejuvenating reflexology session! Huge thanks to Tony! Absolutely adore how my nails turned out, he's always so patient and willing to collaborate on the design and color! The salon is impeccably clean and the staff is incredibly friendly!
