Despite clarifying that my hair turned green due to a glaze removal, the initial dye resulted in a faded brown with green undertones. The stylist seemed unsure, needing frequent guidance. The final color was far from the desired shade, appearing closer to black and mismatching my extensions. The 'money pieces' turned out orange and uneven. Despite expressing my concerns, the stylist seemed indifferent and failed to address the issues promptly. My request for 'curtain bangs' was overlooked, leaving me dissatisfied with the outcome. The salon charged a hefty fee for a subpar service, leading me to fix the color on my own.
