Extremely dissatisfied. Spent a whopping 55 bucks for a gel pedicure that dragged on for an hour and a half. The water temperature was scalding hot, requested cold water but only got a brief splash of lukewarm. Then, the technician disappeared for about 20 minutes, leaving me unable to request more cold water. Neglected to properly scrub my feet, leaving them rough. The nail work was painful throughout as the technician repeatedly dug her nail into my cuticles, seemingly trying to remove excess polish but doing so aggressively. The gel application was mediocre at best, with a large clump on my right big toe. Woke up the next morning with my left big toe swollen and in excruciating pain. My friend also experienced issues with callus removal, ending up bleeding. She was charged an extra 10 dollars and didn't even receive a leg massage. Definitely not recommended. I only gave 1 star because my previous experience with eyebrow waxing was satisfactory.
Visited for acrylic toenail removal, and from the get-go, the service was arrogant. Dean quoted $10 for the removal, but upon payment, charged $15 without explanation. Disregarded the agreed price and provided poor service. Avoid spending any money at this place.
Just had my nails done. The proprietor was incredibly impolite, nails were uneven, and when I requested a fix, it was refused. The paint job was incomplete, and my nails were cracked and chipped within 5 minutes of leaving. To top it off, the proprietor suggested I seek help. Wouldn't even give them a single star. This establishment should be closed down.
