Extremely dissatisfied. Spent a whopping 55 bucks for a gel pedicure that dragged on for an hour and a half. The water temperature was scalding hot, requested cold water but only got a brief splash of lukewarm. Then, the technician disappeared for about 20 minutes, leaving me unable to request more cold water. Neglected to properly scrub my feet, leaving them rough. The nail work was painful throughout as the technician repeatedly dug her nail into my cuticles, seemingly trying to remove excess polish but doing so aggressively. The gel application was mediocre at best, with a large clump on my right big toe. Woke up the next morning with my left big toe swollen and in excruciating pain. My friend also experienced issues with callus removal, ending up bleeding. She was charged an extra 10 dollars and didn't even receive a leg massage. Definitely not recommended. I have frequented Spruce Salon for several years, and each visit has been consistently EXCEPTIONAL!!! The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, treating me as a cherished individual. Paula, the remarkable and skilled proprietor, has always been amiable, accommodating, and kind to me. I constantly receive numerous compliments on my hair color and style. Additionally, the salon exudes beauty and comfort. What more could one desire? Took my two sons today for my youngest 7th birthday. Everyone there was so amazing and sweet. Sarah and the 2 other young men that did my sons' manicure and pedicure were so sweet and patient. They also did very nice design on their ring finger as well. I also got a great pedicure with a gorgeous flower design on my big toe. I've had two piercings (so far!) at De l'or and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Maria Padilla is amazing. Their selection of jewelry is awesome.
