A very charming and inviting spa with abundant offerings. The garden is truly a sight to behold, the most exquisite space I've encountered. The proprietor has a petite, fluffy canine companion that can be found in a room adjacent to the garden, incredibly endearing although prone to barking when approached closely. The facials utilize custom blends that left my skin feeling rejuvenated and my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed both the facial treatment and the massage.

I believe a rating of 2 stars is warranted. I made a reservation for my mother-in-law and myself, specifically requesting the inclusion of champagne, which came at a steep price - only to find out it was not provided! Our pedicures were administered while lying down, whereas I had anticipated being seated in pedicure chairs, enjoying snacks and champagne as I had inquired about them when booking a full day at the spa. However, there were no snacks offered, no champagne provided, just a simple glass of water after the services were completed. Although we were scheduled for facials with hand wraps, we only received the facials without the promised hand wraps, and they were administered by a single staff member who had to alternate between my mother-in-law and me. The massages followed a similar pattern, brief in duration and conducted by the massage therapist with assistance from the facial technician. Additionally, I paid extra for a foot wrap, only to be informed later that it was already included in the pedicure, rendering my additional payment unnecessary. I had also inquired about viewing the backyard, as they offer overnight spa services and access to the outdoor area, but it appeared neglected and in need of maintenance, particularly the outdoor shower space. While the owner, Pamyla, was pleasant and accommodating during the booking process, the actual services provided did not justify the steep prices. I cannot recommend this establishment, as the staff lack professionalism, particularly in the realm of pedicures where their expertise seems lacking, possibly due to a reluctance to expand beyond their current scope of knowledge, primarily focused on hair services.
