Alex has done an amazing job both times with my hair! I’ve been to many salons in the past trying to find a stylist who can handle my hair but never truly felt satisfied with the results— that is until I visited Max the Stylist. I came in for a simple haircut and ended up with a disaster. Now I have to spend a lot of money on extensions until it grows back. My hairstylist was Alex. This was his second time cutting my hair. So I thought I could rely on him. I spoke with Emma the manager. I will be receiving a refund. I’ve been crying on and off for hours. I hope there will be some sort of consequence for this. I attached a photo with my review in the hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
I had a wonderful experience! Just moved to the region and was searching for someone to style my hair but was hesitant to try a new stylist and anxious it wouldn't turn out as desired. I was thrilled with my hair after the cut! And he was so friendly and made me feel at ease. He did an excellent job with my eyebrows too. I am completely content with this salon and it will be my new go-to place! Thanks to Alex Parker and thanks to Max the Stylist!
