I visited this salon because I had a voucher for a wash, haircut, and blow-dry. Initially, everything seemed fine, but upon closer inspection, the cutting appeared amateurish. After the service, the cape was removed, and I left. It wasn't until I reached home that I noticed the damage. My hair was uneven by inches, and there was a section that was significantly longer. I had to visit another salon to rectify the situation.
Delighted to have discovered this salon. The proprietor and Emmie are incredibly welcoming, highly professional, and deliver exceptional service. I have visited twice now. During my initial visit, I received a haircut, full highlights, and deep conditioning. My hair was in poor condition, very dry and frizzy. Emmie dedicated time to my hair, guiding me on how to maintain its health as we transitioned to a brighter brown from red. After 5 hours, I departed feeling relieved, content, and having had the best hair experience. I have had my hair blow-dried twice and absolutely adore the entire Aveda product range. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone!
