Upon arrival, the establishment was bustling. I requested a chic French tip design, but the individual stated they were unable to fulfill it, so I settled for navy blue French tips. Initially attended by a woman, she departed without returning, and a man took over. During the process, he inadvertently grazed my skin, causing discomfort. Eventually, the acrylic application was completed. However, the French tips were poorly executed, with only one coat applied, resulting in transparency. A topcoat was applied, leaving bubbles and causing my clear nails to turn YELLOW. I had them done yesterday at 1 pm, and now they are changing color?! I don't smoke or use vaping products, nor did I engage in cooking or dyeing activities. I was simply watching TV.

I have been taking my 87 year old dad to Avenue Nails for the past 2 and a half years. They are EXCEPTIONAL with him - especially Sam who exceeds expectations in his service for him. They deliver exceptional work, promptly when needed, and more indulgently when relaxation is desired. I wholeheartedly recommend.
