My experience at this nail salon was far from satisfactory. I was surprised by the additional $10 charge for cuticle cutting, a basic service that should be included in any manicure. The nail technician pressured me into opting for dip powder, despite my preference for regular polish. I was also hit with a $20 fee for polish that I believed should have been part of the pedicure package. The extra charge for nail reshaping, even though my nails ended up with the same shape, felt unjustified. The atmosphere with my technician, Kim, was unpleasant, and her negative demeanor was off-putting.
