I recently had my eyebrows micro-bladed by Alex, and I absolutely adore them! Growing up, I always felt self-conscious about my eyebrows and struggled to enhance them with makeup. I was quite nervous before my appointment, as getting a facial tattoo was daunting. However, Alex was incredibly kind and patient, guiding me through the process and ensuring I was happy with the design before proceeding. Through eyebrow mapping, I discovered that my right brow sits higher naturally, and Alex expertly corrected this. I highly recommend this place; the prices are reasonable, and Alex does fantastic work. Ignore my unbrushed morning lashes in the photos! 😄

I scheduled a meeting for August 4th, today with Alex for a micro shading touchup at 10 in the morning. Upon arriving at the parking lot just before 10, there was no sign of anyone. I had paid a $50 deposit and now find myself waiting in the lot until 11 (when they open). Despite multiple calls, there was no answer until Tanya called back herself. I explained the situation, and she seemed unaware of the scheduling issue, even though it clearly showed 10 o’clock. I inquired about a possible discount for waiting an hour, but she declined, citing a $75 cost for the needle alone. So, I had to pay the full price for the delayed service and poor communication. Tanya eventually arrived at 11:03 with a Starbucks coffee in hand, despite promising to rush. It seemed her coffee was a priority over punctuality for her appointment. Upon entering, she immediately mentioned, “You left me a one-star review online?” I confirmed, and she justified it by saying that mistakes happen and she had already apologized. She then stated, “You really expect me to work on your eyebrows after that review? Find someone else.” I calmly requested my $50 deposit back, which she did return. However, I still felt undervalued as a customer. I traveled a long way for this appointment and am deeply disappointed with the service. I advise against booking appointments here as they do not appreciate their clients. Seek a place where you are valued and receive the service you deserve.
