I would consider myself a pretty regular client. Sarah does great work, but when she’s not here, i always leave unsatisfied. This is the second time (out of my 4 visits) that i have left displeased with the quality of my manicure. I get the same thing every time. Gel builder with a different color. The gentleman that did my manicure, one i had never had before, but way too low into my cuticles. Not on one finger but two. When i requested a price reduction for not only hurting me, but also damaging my nail, i received a lot of push back before ultimately receiving 10% off. Sarah usually does a great job at caring after my actual nails and i looked pass how long it usually took for me to get a mani and pedi (2-2.5 hr) bc of that. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. I received a gift certificate for a 60-minute prenatal massage. Upon arrival, I was greeted by someone at the reception, who then escorted me to the changing area. They provided a locker for my belongings, a robe, and surprisingly, slippers that fit me perfectly! Haha, I wear a size 5. After changing, I had a couple of glasses of water and waited in the seating area until Misky came to fetch me. They also offered complimentary coffee and tea in the waiting area. The facility overall was quite clean and well-organized, which I found to be very nice. My masseuse was Misky. She is a very kind lady and knows exactly the right amount of pressure to apply. Gentle yet firm in the appropriate areas. The massage room was dimly lit, which I found to be very soothing! It created such a calm and pleasant environment to drift off in. Everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly. I would definitely return with my husband or even on my own! I've been frequenting Perkins nails since December and the team is so welcoming and skilled, exceeding my expectations with every set I receive. Jules and her crew are exceptional, and the salon itself exudes a clean and inviting atmosphere. The pricing aligns with the top-notch quality you receive here. I definitely intend to remain a loyal customer for a long time!
