I would consider myself a pretty regular client. Sarah does great work, but when she’s not here, i always leave unsatisfied. This is the second time (out of my 4 visits) that i have left displeased with the quality of my manicure. I get the same thing every time. Gel builder with a different color. The gentleman that did my manicure, one i had never had before, but way too low into my cuticles. Not on one finger but two. When i requested a price reduction for not only hurting me, but also damaging my nail, i received a lot of push back before ultimately receiving 10% off. Sarah usually does a great job at caring after my actual nails and i looked pass how long it usually took for me to get a mani and pedi (2-2.5 hr) bc of that. But i can no longer look pass how long it takes them to do my nails when they are also hurting them.
A year ago, a friend recommended Sarah for a pedicure. I had my first and my only regret is that I waited so long to visit Glamour salon. Sarah was meticulous, professional, and gentle. She gave the most amazing foot and leg massage with my pedicure. I got the $40 pedicure. A very reasonable price for the service provided! It’s been two weeks since my pedicure and it still looks great!
