I always cherish my me time at Distinctive. Every employee I've interacted with has been a delight. I'll continue to visit and recommend. Don't hesitate to try different techs until you find the one that suits you best!
If I could give zero stars, I would. The individual who did my nails was not welcoming, seemed rushed, and did a subpar job. After an hour, my gel polish started lifting, which was disappointing as it was for my prom. Cuticles weren't properly tended to, leading to bleeding when the polish tore them. Nails weren't shaped either; I had to do it myself later. I won't be returning.
We visited this place so my son and grandson could get their nails done for a wedding they were both attending. The staff showed special attention to both but particularly my grandson, given it was his first time. A wonderful experience.
