I received prompt service upon arrival, which was fantastic; thank you. However, the rest of the experience was subpar when I requested the deluxe pedicure. The positives include a peaceful atmosphere, paraffin wax treatment, thorough callus removal. Unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives. The lukewarm water, use of a prohibited tool for callus removal, minimal use of sugar scrubs and lotion, and a brief massage were disappointing. Overall, not very impressed but moderately satisfied.
