I once visited this establishment for my eyebrows and had a positive experience, so I decided to try sugaring due to the high ratings. The customer service was outstanding; despite my tardiness, they kindly accommodated me with a later appointment. Outstanding locale and services. While she is relatively new to electrolysis, I adore the permanent hair removal results in all areas. For instance, no more need to shave my underarms. I received prompt service upon arrival, which was fantastic; thank you. However, the rest of the experience was subpar when I requested the deluxe pedicure. The positives include a peaceful atmosphere, paraffin wax treatment, thorough callus removal. Unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives. The lukewarm water, use of a prohibited tool for callus removal, minimal use of sugar scrubs and lotion, and a brief massage were disappointing. Overall, not very impressed but moderately satisfied.
