The service was exceptional, and my daughter adored the haircut she received from "Ash," the hairstylist. I highly recommend her to others.
I suspect my barber was under the influence. She repeated herself frequently and focused excessively on one area of my hair. The experience was uncomfortable, and I will not be returning.
Today was not a pleasant visit. I have no desire to return. Upon arrival, I did not check in online, and the attendant assumed I was unaware of the process. I am well aware but simply chose not to. The stylist who attended to me this time kept emphasizing the dryness of my hair and pushed me to purchase yet another product, without inquiring about the effectiveness of the previous one. Due to my disability, I require more time to process information. Without my consent, she approached the payment terminal, took a $5 tip from me, and provided the worst haircut I have ever received. After years of patronage, I am deeply disappointed with this experience. Finished.
