Will not return here. Thought this spa would be top-notch with Nordstrom affiliation, but it was a letdown. Mani pedi in a cramped space, akin to a hospital room. Unrelaxing ambiance, felt more like a dentist visit. Appointment ran 45 minutes over, had to leave with wet nails. Nail tech friendly but made inappropriate Juneteenth comment. Limited polish colors. Do not recommend.
Facial with another tech was a mistake. Claimed I didn't disclose routine, which I did. Rushed, sloppy, and aggressive treatment. Front desk staff interrupted me, pushed for a 20% tip without asking. No apology given.
Had an exceptional experience. Best facial ever. Impeccable customer service.
