I typically refrain from leaving reviews as I am aware of their potential impact on a business. However, my husband recently had a facial on Friday and by Sunday his face was all red and irritated, he almost had to seek medical attention. Once he washed off the products, he started to feel relief. When I contacted the manager, she provided suggestions to alleviate the irritation and I appreciated that. However, when I requested a refund, she flat-out refused and did not attempt to rectify the situation. For a business like this, I believe the $150 they charge should not be too much to offer in exchange for potential customers reading this review and choosing to seek services elsewhere, which I strongly suggest as there are other establishments that provide similar services. This establishment is not the sole option available and should prioritize customer satisfaction to ensure their continued success.
Had my very first (and definitely not my last) back facial done. The treatment was so luxurious, calming, and rejuvenating for both my back and skin. The ambiance and expertise of the individual performing the treatment almost made me drift off to sleep during it. My back felt so refreshed by the end (a truly delightful sensation) and my skin was incredibly radiant. I highly recommend this treatment! Thank you Samantha and Taylor for an exceptional experience.
Rachel performed foot reflexology and Abhyanga on me following my eyebrow threading. What an extraordinary experience!!
