I have been frequenting Urmi for years and have never faced any issues. They provide exceptional service, especially when it comes to eyebrows and personal grooming. Any claims of discrimination based on skin color are completely false. If they seem preoccupied, it's likely due to their busy schedule, not racism! Their personalized approach to customer service is truly remarkable. I will definitely be a returning customer.
The staff at this establishment displayed extreme rudeness and a lack of hospitality towards customers. They were visibly impatient and unwelcoming. Despite being on my phone while waiting for my turn, I promptly responded when called, yet I was met with sarcasm and a very unpleasant attitude. While my past experiences have been relatively painless, this particular visit was excruciatingly uncomfortable. I strongly recommend seeking services elsewhere.
I want to inform others that if you have a darker skin tone, you may be overlooked or disregarded. After a brief wait, I decided to leave and seek threading services elsewhere as I felt completely ignored. It's disappointing to see such consistent rudeness. Fortunately, I found another establishment where I was warmly greeted, treated with professionalism, and received excellent service. Shame on those who fail to provide basic courtesy.
