Any claims of discrimination based on skin color are completely false. If they seem preoccupied, it's likely due to their busy schedule, not racism!

A complete disaster! As a new customer, I specifically mentioned that I only wanted a simple cleanup of my brows and requested no fragranced products due to my sensitive skin. To my dismay, I left with overly thin eyebrows and developed hives from the scrub applied to my face without consent. I have an event tonight and I'm devastated! Avoid this place at all costs. I've been a member of a popular gym chain for years. Unfortunately, due to health issues, I had to cancel my membership. The cancellation process was quite challenging due to their strict policies. Moreover, they were not cooperative in transferring any unused sessions. It seems they would rather have you forfeit them and lose the money you've already paid. Disappointing experience for a loyal member.
