I've been a member of a popular gym chain for years. Unfortunately, due to health issues, I had to cancel my membership. The cancellation process was quite challenging due to their strict policies. Disappointing experience for a loyal member. Think twice before joining.

I recently had a massage from a therapist named Lily, and it was truly exceptional. However, I encountered some difficulties with the staff at the reception, including the manager. None of them seemed capable of handling a simple gift card transaction. After a prolonged wait, the manager eventually resolved the issue. A simple apology could have sufficed, but none was offered. As a result, I have decided not to return to that establishment.
