The best spot! I only trust these skilled individuals with my brows, and they never let me down. Such a pleasant ambiance with the most welcoming team. 10/10 would recommend!
I visited today to tidy up my eyebrows and was greeted by a person who was confident in her ability to do so. While she worked on my brows, it didn't seem like she was removing much, but when she revealed the final look, I was shocked. I was so upset with the outcome that tears welled up in my eyes. This individual had taken off more than half of my eyebrows. As you can see in the image, my brows were thick and full, and when I raised my concern, she insisted, "this is your natural thickness." However, as evident from the pictures, that is not my natural thickness. I have never felt so let down by a service, and she showed no remorse for her poor eyebrow work.
Shaggy meticulously threaded my eyebrows to perfection. She was patient, gentle, and kind. Exceptional customer service.
