If I could rate these individuals a zero for customer service, I would. I've been a patron here since Taylor was my masseuse. However, since their departure, the quality has declined. During my 6 pm appointment today, I was unexpectedly asked to settle my payment method upfront. As a professional individual of Asian descent, I perceived this as a form of discrimination. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. This establishment should be reevaluated.
I feel rejuvenated and pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and kindness displayed here. The proprietor, whom I've encountered on multiple occasions, is an exceptional individual.
