Happy Nails Salon

The pedicure and foot massage were thorough, and the technician was pleasant. However, I wasn't offered gel polish, which I would have preferred. The salon had an abundance of religious decor, a pushy jewelry salesperson, and some awkward moments during the payment process and nail drying. While the pedicure looked decent, it took longer than expected and chipped soon after.

We arrived at 4:50pm, with closing time at 7pm. Upon requesting 2 basic pedicures, the staff member, lounging with feet up and wrapped in a cozy blanket, declined due to "insufficient time". Understandable if busy, but we took our business to California Nails instead. They accommodated us at 7:30pm, and flawlessly completed both pedicures by 8:00pm!

For nearly a year, I frequented this establishment. Initially, the experience was delightful. The hot stone foot massages during pedicures were a highlight, and my manicures lasted a week while pedicures stayed fresh for 2 to 3 weeks. Recently, there has been a noticeable decline. The service became rushed, technicians seemed irritated, and the atmosphere turned unfriendly. My manicures peeled off within a day, and pedicures didn't last much longer. Despite taking precautions, the owner dismissed my concerns, attributing the issues to me since no one else had complained. Despite multiple negative experiences, I returned thrice, each time encountering the same problems. My suggestion is for them to slow down, upgrade their nail polish quality, get to know their regular clients, and handle complaints with accountability for improvement next time.
