My spouse and child have also been patrons for years without any issues. They are accommodating with last-minute schedule changes and always deliver the requested style. I adore this salon and its staff!

Today was my first visit to Kim's Nails. The service was satisfactory, and the technician did a decent job. However, I had requested a regular manicure and pedicure without any extras, but I was charged for a gel manicure and pedicure. I was also told that there was an additional $20 charge to remove polish from just two toenails. I would have rated them higher if they hadn't overcharged me for services I didn't ask for. It's essential to clarify the services and prices beforehand. Knowing their tendency to inflate prices, I wouldn't have been as generous with the tip. I may return, but I'll be more cautious next time.
