I have been a loyal customer of Trim Trends for years. I have experimented with every shade imaginable and every hair length in between. Each time, my hair turned out perfectly. My spouse and child have also been patrons for years without any issues. They are accommodating with last-minute schedule changes and always deliver the requested style. I adore this salon and its staff!

Today was my first visit to Kim's Nails. The service was satisfactory, and the technician did a decent job. However, I had requested a regular manicure and pedicure without any extras, but I was charged for a gel manicure and pedicure. I was also told that there was an additional $20 charge to remove polish from just two toenails. I would have rated them higher if they hadn't overcharged me for services I didn't ask for. It's essential to clarify the services and prices beforehand. Knowing their tendency to inflate prices, I wouldn't have been as generous with the tip. I may return, but I'll be more cautious next time.
