I encountered a couple of issues but Megan really took the time to listen and comprehend my concerns. She promptly addressed the issues I raised in a fair manner, and she definitely retained me as a customer. Jordan was equally supportive in ensuring that I could enjoy my future appointments. Thank you for providing a customer experience that went above and beyond. It truly makes all the difference!
I've visited this place twice and both times were disappointing. During my most recent visit, the therapist only focused on my back and the back of my legs despite my request for a full-body massage. The massage lacked any technique - she simply rubbed in strange motions up and down my back and legs. It was not therapeutic at all and did not target my problem areas, even after two different people asked me what I wanted to focus on. Additionally, the massage lasted only 45 minutes instead of the full hour, but I didn't mind as I just wanted to leave. I will not be returning again.
I had the most INCREDIBLE massage from Amanda! She actively listened to my concerns, was extremely attentive, and delivered exceptional service. She suggested using hot stones to relieve my lower back pain and a foot treatment to help me unwind. I agreed and it was a decision I did not regret. This appointment was a spur-of-the-moment one and absolutely worth it. Morgan at the reception was warm and convinced me to go for a 90-minute session with Amanda. Thank you all so much!
