Regrettably, I can only give this establishment a single star. While the staff is friendly, my experiences with the services provided have left me extremely dissatisfied on multiple occasions. The gel manicure I received less than a week ago is already chipped in several places on both hands. The pedicure was subpar as well, with visible streaks from the brush due to lack of clear coating. The technician also neglected to use any tools to soften or exfoliate the skin on my feet, resulting in chipping and an unsatisfactory finish. For the high price I paid, which exceeded $100 including tip, the quality was far below expectations. Additionally, the salon itself was unclean. My previous gel manicure chipped after only three days. I strongly suggest seeking services elsewhere.
This salon has been my go-to for more than five years now, and every visit has been consistently outstanding, professional, and enjoyable. I've even brought my granddaughter along for a mani-pedi, and we always have a blast together!👍👍
