I used to frequent First Nails and was consistently disappointed in recent visits. I visited this establishment for a balance and nail repair. The wait time was minimal. The customer service was exceptional. The technician took her time and did a fantastic job. I am thrilled with my nails! As a mother, this is my personal time, and they exceeded my expectations. This is the go-to place in Northwood!!
Do not be fooled by the facade- Lee's Nails may seem unassuming, but they excel in their craft. Upon entering, you are greeted warmly with a sincere "hello!" Exceptional service! Walk-ins are welcomed. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I initially chose a color that didn't suit my skin tone, and Melanie suggested a different one with a glitter overlay. She prioritized my nail health and attentively listened to my preferences. Fantastic! Lee Nails & Spa makes you feel like a VIP and a valued member of the community! Cindy and Melanie are exceptionally kind and hospitable. I highly recommend!
Cynthia performed an exceptional job on my nails!! She, her family, and colleagues were all incredibly kind! She executed my desired nail design perfectly and even added gems for extra flair. The ambiance was delightful, and the salon was tastefully decorated! Overall, everyone delivered outstanding service!
