I got a lash lift done by Peyton today. Excellent experience! Super friendly staff everywhere. Peyton explained every step of the process and aftercare. Gorgeous results. Felt comfortable and very happy with every aspect of this place and hope to return soon.
Love Urban You! The staff and injectors are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and calming. The office is also beautiful and very clean!
I am absolutely delighted with the service at the Northville urban you. Jamie is always fantastic. He has got my skin looking so fabulous. And Alex at the front desk is always so cheerful and helpful. Today a Gentleman came in behind me and was lost in downtown Northville. I observed Alex take the time to not just tell him where to go, but walk back outside with him, and show him where to walk to get to where he needed to be. I definitely thought that was the extra mile to be helpful. You don’t find that very often anymore. I was very impressed.
